The sky is bright blue, the temperature is warm, and I'm running a hose to wash off my dock on the island. A mother manatee and her two babies came right over to my dock and started drinking the water from the garden hose! The mother actually rolled over on her back so that I could spray the water directly into her mouth and she wouldn't miss a drop. What a beautiful place to live and work. I count my blessings every day.
