lighted tennis courts, heated pools, and majestic sunsets are also available
for those who seek them.

Parks and Recreation departments. Charlotte alone has more than a dozen
family-friendly parks perfect for picnicking and fun.
Don Pedro Island State Park offers
one mile of pristine gulf beach. This island, only accessible by boat or short
walk from the island, can be your coastal paradise for the day. Pack a picnic

pavilion. It is close enough for convenience yet secluded enough to really get
back to nature.
